About the USABA/Well Point National Fitness Challenge

o Year long fitness program (Sept 2011-June 2012)
o Application deadline is September 30, 2011
o Students will work at lowering their body mass index (BMI) through physical activity and healthy eating.
o Regional Fitness Activity Days for students to participate in as well as sports & rec programs throughout the school year.
o Prizes awarded every three months.
o Free membership to USABA
o Students receive a free talking pedometer and shirt
o Top male and female athlete will be invited to the National Sports Camp in Colorado.
